OUR MISSION
To provide support for charitable individuals and organizations to become meaningful donors that make a difference in our community, now and forever.
HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT
Founded in 1999, the Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan currently manages more than 386 separate component funds and has distributed over $26 million in charitable grants and educational scholarships since the organization was established. These numbers continue to grow as more people step forward as generous participants in the vision of a stronger community. There are many ways of giving to and through the Community Foundation. Funds can be established for a variety of charitable purposes and can support one or multiple charities.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
Please consider becoming a member of our President’s Circle by contributing $1,000 or more annually to our operating budget. Gifts of any level are also gratefully accepted to support our continued good work. You can donate directly to any of our 386 component funds, which strengthen our communities in a variety of ways. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
The work of the Community Foundation is supported by a Board of Directors and several active committees made up of diverse and knowledgeable volunteers who offer their expertise in many areas, including financial, grant making, and investment activities.
