Our mission is to serve the people of Dutchess and Ulster Counties by enhancing the quality of living for those at the end of life.
HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT:
Hudson Valley Hospice is here to help. With over 45 years of service to our community, we provide a full spectrum of compassionate care and support to the men, women, and children of Dutchess and Ulster counties who are facing a life-limiting illness themselves or of a loved one. Currently caring for over 650 patients each and every day, we are here for our community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, wherever home is, including our Hudson Valley Hospice House that offers a peaceful, homelike setting with 14 suites that provide every level of hospice care, from inpatient to respite care.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES:
For over 25 years, the Foundation has raised awareness and connected the generosity of our community to compassionate hospice care. We invite you to continue this journey with us and make a difference today by supporting the Hospice House, Annual Appeal, Music Therapy, Memorial Garden, or Charity Care, honoring a loved one or considering a future planned gift. Together, we will honor choices, bring comfort and dignity and ensure that exceptional care and support is available to all members of our community for generations to come. Visit hvhospicefoundation.org to learn more and give today.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
Hudson Valley Hospice volunteers are an inspiration, whether they are making a difference through patient care and support of their loved ones or providing administrative and outreach support to our dedicated staff. Do you have some time to make a difference? We would be delighted to talk with you! Email volunteers@hvhospice.org.
