One favorite in the rotation is The Hangover burger, topped with bacon, a fried egg, frizzled onions, pickled celery, cream cheese, and Bloody Mary sauce. Can’t make it on Thursdays? The Stagecoach burger — topped with lettuce, tomato, frizzled onions, cheddar, and garlic aioli — is always on the menu.
